Acess the deep, exiled & repressed parts of the soul with care. Sometimes the greatest journey ever taken is the journey within, and this remedy holds your hand with a flashlight as you navigate uncharted waters. You can expect to spontaneously heal, have issues present themselves via dreams, or even experience active engagement with revealed soul parts and memories.
This is a pretty heavy duty blend and probably isn't recommended as a first remedy. If new to flower essences and emotional processing, starting with Repair first would be recommended.
Ingredients: Vibrational imprint of flowers in water (Bittersweet, Arnica, Comfrey, Marie Pavie Rose, Skullcap, Black Eyed Susan, St. John's Wort, Echinacea), Brandy
Bittersweet is the jailbreak flower. It guides us through the dark places of the heart with courage, and draws out the hiding parts of us that stay in the shadows. It is empowering in the face of nightmares, inner darkness and the unknown.
Arnica targets set-in shock/trauma and unresolved emotion in the body. It's indicated as well for dissociative and autoimmune disorders or unexplained illnesses.
Comfrey reverses shut down that trauma creates. It can reactivate dormant parts of the brain and improve body system functions, as it energetically recalibrates the nervous system. It lends itself to better memory, coordination and regulation, and can bring on the dreams as your body processes old stuff.
Marie Pavie Rose dives into difficult to reach places and peacefully pulls old trauma to the surface for acknowledgement and healing. It allows for inner kids to be more audible, with awareness of what those traumatized parts need. It promotes peaceful sleep for those who tend to have sleep disturbances. For Ritual Abuse survivors Marie Pavie aids in breaking down energetic distortions and programming tech that may block interactions between parts of the soul as well as communication to the core personality.
Skullcap encourages self-love and acceptance. It helps those who are hard on themselves and have a harsh inner critic. It brings about sensitivity where there was numbness, and allows you to explore areas of the heart that are hard to accept or access, even the parts you have hated. Skullcap counters the tendency to fall into neglect and teaches you to nurture and forgive yourself.
Black Eyed Susan is a well documented anti-repressor. It gently draws deep things into the light to be addressed, and gives courage to face things we have previously shut out or avoided.
St John’s Wort has everything to do with light. It protects from fear of the dark, disturbing spiritual encounters and nightmares. With its botanical name meaning to be “over a spirit”, it gives its user courage to face darkness and stand in their given spiritual authority. It creates an inner illumination, and is especially indicated when there is a lack of sunlight, vitamin D deficiency, SAD, depression or just a sense of gloom.
Echinacea is for those who feel shattered. Childhood wounds can cause us to compartmentalize and adapt coping mechanisms and personas to survive. These serve us for a time, but we aren't meant to stay there. Echinacea helps bind up the broken-hearted and reintroduces you to your core personality. Disassociating and not feeling fully present are good indicators for needing Echinacea.
